If proportion play is part of the core Vaquera design vernacular, we see it well applied in the evening wear offering for FW26, where exaggerated bows adorn skirts, evening wear tops, and party dresses.

The bows bring a feminine sweetness, but in typical Vaquera fashion are distorted to nearly laughable size, enveloping mini skirts and shift dresses, or added as the perfect garnish to bizarre, nearly unnerving cocoon shaped evening tops and dresses.

60s INFLUENCES:
Looking ahead to the future, the designers were inspired to reference the 1960s, a period where reflections on the future pervaded cultural consciousness, manifesting in retrofuturism. This artistic movement and other subcultures, such as mod fashion, were the primary inspiration for this collection.
The collection features a modern Vaquera interpretation of hallmark shapes of the decade: mini skirts, tailored skirt suits, capri pants, drop waist dresses, thigh high boots, 
and more.
