All orders are shipped by Australia Post (we are working to offer you more options soon). If you would like your order sent via courier (eg. UPS, DHL, FedEX etc) please email us at distalphalanxshop@gmail.com with the items you would like to purchase, preferred courier and delivery address and we can arrange a quote for you.
Our default currency is Australian Dollars (AUD). You are also able to view our web store and complete checkout in the following currencies when using the payment gateway on our site:

To checkout in a currency other than AUD just click on a currency listed above or from the 'Currency' dropdown on the navigation bar.
The prices on our web store will now be listed in the selected currency, and checkout completed in the this currency when using the payment gateway on our website.

If you are using the web store in a currency other that AUD and you select Paypal or Afterpay as your payment method checkout is completed in AUD.
So your order will be converted back to AUD (using their current currency exchange rate).

Online:
Add items to your shopping bag
Select Afterpay as your payment method – you will be redirected to Afterpay's payment platform
Register or login to your Afterpay account and confirm payment
We ship your order as per our standard shipping policy (which you can view here)
In-store:
We will get you to process the purchase via our online store using your smartphone whilst in store.
Choose the In Store Pickup option at checkout so you aren't charged shipping.
You take your order home with you.

The funds for the first payment must be available on your nominated card at the time of checkout.
This piece is made to order. Production time is 14 business days from your order date. Please note: any order that includes a made to order product will be dispatched once this piece is ready to ship. Orders cannot be split. If you would like to have currently available items dispatched sooner, please place your orders separately <3 d.p.
